Playful New American Cuisine. Delicious Cocktails. Art. Tight but seminal wine list. Led by a Michelin-starred Executive Chef directing award winning bartenders to create a harmonious pairing between cocktails, wine and food. Sometimes, there are DJs playing amazing music.

Bar Lumiere is a statement- that innovative dining and a fun night out should not be constrained- To menus that feature the same boring things. To multi-million dollar buildouts with expensive interiors. To bars with the same, uninteresting cocktails, or well known spirits. To stuffy, long, expensive to very expensive wine lists.

We would rather put the focus on simplicity - the plate, what you drink, the service you receive, and we hope you notice the beautiful artwork on the walls. It’s for sale, btw. If you like it, let us know.

Bar Lumiere unlike large, well funded hospitality groups is small, 80 seat Bar and Restaurant, a labor of love of a few friends who are mostly creatives.

The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Steven Hubbell, who was awarded a Michelin Star while at Junoon, Steven is directing both the menu and the cocktail program to create harmony. To ensure the wine program is always incredible, we have partnered with our good friend Andre Hueston Mack, who is assisting us.
